Accordion doesn’t open in new window when the option is selected

I am working with your wihelp site and when I make the change to have Accordion open in a new window it doesn’t, it just opens in the same window.

Accordion are sections that help to collapse and expand the content inside, it is not linked to any other page, but only has the task of displaying the title of the section contained within it.
