hello, How can I add pickup option to the shipping section at checkout?

I want customers to be able to come for pickup. That way, they won’t be charged for shipping.

Delivery is a much better term since we don’t do cross border.

2. Is there a way to make people add a note instead of choosing delivery option?
I want a situation where the pickup is the only option but people can leave a note if they want it delivered.
