The time is calculated based on the time you install on the website, not the local time from the customer.
Therefore, you need to set the time zone on the website to coincide with the customer’s local time.
I have checked it again and it is still working properly, I will explain it to you one more time and will not provide further assistance in this regard.

In case when the setup coincides with the time zone between the local time and the time on the website I presented to you above, it will be at least 1 hour depending on your settings.
