Bring Cart button to bottom navigation

I would like to bring my cart button to the bottom navigation, next to the search button when the website is in Mobile screens. Please help.

Hello I’m getting this error : There has been a critical error on this website. We’re supposed to be launching the site today and it just crashed out of nowhere. Please help. Thank you.

P.S – I’m using a VPS and not a CPanel for hosting.
