#1. No, that doesn’t matter, however the slug should be in lowercase, not in uppercase.

The payment gateways are provided by the BA Booking plugin, we also install some of these payment gateways so that our customers see it can use different payment gateways.
We do not advertise that these payment gateways are free to use and provided by us. You did not research carefully and now think we are deceiving customers!!!
You see, we have thousands of customers who have purchased themes and they never complain about paying fees if they want to use online payment gateways.

Questions keep coming. Via a simple sample page I made a booking, yet from the business side I don’t receive an email about a new booking and from the customer’s side I don’t receive a confirmation email.
I read (https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-set-up-wp-mail-smtp-with-any-host-ultimate-guide/) that I must install SMTP email. When I go there I cannot choose my own preferred system (the online version of Outlook) as it is not free and I am not interested in buying even more addons.

Surely there must be just a simple setting where I can change it? I have installed many WP websites and never before this was a problem.
