Cannot apply coupon during checkout in mobile version

Hi, the apply coupon button disappeared in checkout page while using mobile devices
Looks like the responsive behaviour doesn’t work fine and button overflows the screen size
How can I fix it?

Cart Page has no problem, go to next step ( Checkout ) and click on button “Hai un codice promozionale? Fai clic qui per inserire il tuo codice promozionale” to make the coupon field appear.

OK this is a good solution for mobile

Now field visibility is no more dynamic, is it possible to hide the blue button that was originally used to show coupon field?
Also I lost responsive behaviour, in desktop version field and button are both 100% width

The theme’s Custom CSS has been reset, did you do that? I restored it from a backup copy.

#2. lost responsive behaviour: I don’t understand this issue, please take a photo screen short about this issue, I will check again.
