cannot edit internal pages of the website

Good morning, we have purchased your Technocy template a few months ago.

Everything was working perfectly, but since a few days, we are NOT able to edit the pages created on the website. We get an error. (attached screen)

We have checked the server and everything works fine. We have even installed the website on a test server and the error persists.

We have disabled some plugins that could cause the problem, but the error persists.

We need an urgent solution please.

Hi you,

1. The PHP version you are using is too low, please update to version 7.4 for the website to work better.
2. Many of your plugins have not been updated, please update them to the latest version
3. Website loading too slow, I have to wait a long time to load your website, please check your hosting again
