#1. To translate all text in your site, you need to install Loco Translate Plugin ( I have just installed for you) and translate for theme.

#2. “Set the round down of the total cart”: Sorry, I don’t understand your idea, please take a photo screenshot with a description of your issue, I will check again.

#2. “round down total cart”:
Add code into file function.php in child-theme:

//round cart total up to nearest dollar
add_filter( 'woocommerce_calculated_total', 'custom_calculated_total' );
function custom_calculated_total( $total ) {
$total = round( $total, 1 );
return ceil($total);
}
