Change Buttom Language

Good morning,
I am trying to change the language of the “All Item” module and the like, in particular I would like to change the displayable language of the “Explore” button and of the captions visible near the Days icons but I cannot understand where this can be done from. Can you help me ?
I would like to change the word Explore to “Scopri” and the word Days to “Giorni” what can I do?
