    #1. please add css into file style.css ( child-theme):
    //Header top

    .header-1 .header-top{
  background-color: #your-color !important
}

    #2. With button and title:Edit page with Elementor -> Select Elementor -> Edit color: https://prnt.sc/107cpe6
