Changing the words in breadcrumb

How can I change all the words and URL in breadcrumbs in each page? I want each breadcrumb show different words and URL. Billy, can you help or teach me how to fix it? Thanks

#1. I installed Loco translate plugin and setup China(HK) language for you.
Please go to Translate text on theme, search your text and add translate.

#2. Go to pages list: http://hkvegeshop.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page and rename all page title: https://prnt.sc/1tba7t4

Hi,

Thanks to install the loco translate plugin for me. But I just want to change the text in breadcrumb. It’s solved, thanks. But for the the 2nd page, can’t change the “home” to “關於我們”。please help。And I need to do another completely english version after the chinese version done. Will the loco translate confuse us in this moment? now is mixed.>_<

And where can I do settings for responsive for phone and i-pad also?
