Child Theme not updated

I find myself in the same situation.

The Parent theme version 2.1.2 and the child theme version 1.2.5

I googled and tried to find out the purpose of the child theme and it said the same as Billy Nguyen

What am I supposed to do with the outdated child theme?

Should I active the parent theme and keep working on that theme?

Or should I delete the old theme and create a new one?

The update works fine and just the logo on the top left stopped working.

Hi you,

The version of the child-theme does not affect your website, this is just a theme for you to add customizations without affecting the main theme and will not be lost when you update the main theme.

1. Update main theme if necessary (fix theme error, update function)
2. All customization please write in child-theme and use this theme for your website
