Color change

Hi, I’m running into a big problem which is basically changing the orange color which I can’t find the options for.

1.When I hover on a category the page turns back into orange
2.When I hover on a sub category the page and the category go back to orange
3.Some buttons wasn’t able to find any option to change the color as a whole
4.Some buttons have no option to change their border color, or maybe hidden
5.Some buttons have no option to change their hover color
