Try active default theme or Woocommerce Storefront theme to double check this issue. If the problem is still not resolved then the error is caused by WPML or your config. If WPML still works and solves your problem, we will check our theme again
Our theme is compatible with WPML plugin, many customers already use it.
There may have been a problem with your data, it’s hard to find out where the problem is right now. So you need to re-import data from demo to local to redo.
