Demo not appear.

Hi I wonder if you could assist me please. Having set up this great theme as required (i believe), I have found that there are many elements missing across the demos and on most pages like contact us, home page, FAQs.
when you Have the time, would it be possible for you to take a look please. I emailed previously and was directed here. Have found it hard to create a ticket (hoping this is marked [private).
Any assistance you could offer in getting this installed as expected, so I can better try out the demos, would be appreciated.
