Error activating theme

Hi, I have a problem activating the theme. I can install it without problems, but when I try to activate it, it gives me an error and it does not load the web or the administrator. And by email he sends me this error:

Hi again,

I fixed this issue, but your website use PHP: 7.1.32, Woocommerce and some other plugins require PHP version 7.3 to work properly, so please contact your hosting provider to update your PHP version to> = 7.3
