error when activating the template

I am in localhost and when I activate the theme I have this error; “… d Merlin_Logger :: __ wakeup () must have public visibility in D: \ xampp \ htdocs \ wordpress \ wp-content \ themes \ freshio \ inc \ merlin \ includes \ class-merlin-logger.php on line 194” then if I continue by launching the “theme setup” I have a fatal error ….

great start with this template lol.

Previously I had a broxi template that I uninstalled.

PS the info given below is false since I am in localhost

when i try to go to theme option i have a fatal error. So I cannot load the sample data and therefore my purchased theme is unusable.

I urgently need a solution please. otherwise I would request the refund from envato
