    Hi,

    Is there a feature for customers to login and provide a review for experience?

    Also a system that can send an auto email to request feedback after their visit?

    Is it possible to toggle the customer reviews on / off as id like to look at the layout / star options first. (or where can I edit in the backend?)

    Hi,

    Currently, there is no option to enable/disable the review feature for each booking object.

    Great thanks. It seems to have lost the ability to give it a star rating?

    Also it’s a bit confusing for the customer to add a review, on the page it says ‘Leave a Reply’, is this supposed to be ‘Leave a Review’? (see 1.jpg) 1.jpg

    Finally, if someone wants to register as a user, how can do they do it as the login page has the forgot passport button only. (see 2.jpg) 2.jpg

    #1. Overall is the added Rating Criteria, if only this criterion is selected, the rating section will not be displayed. You must include 1 of the remaining 5 criteria to be able to display the star rating: https://prnt.sc/VxpdZqoDHNMg

    Thanks very much, is it possible to adjust the code to have ‘Overall’ with star options?
    That is the only option I want to give to make it quick and easy for the user.

    Hi,

    The plugin requires a minimum of 2 criteria to rate, otherwise it will not display a star rating for you to vote on
