footer text with motion effect

for some reason all the footer text which is in red color have like a motion effect all over

That was already changed, now i believe you revert it back to main color.

BTW where can i change the main color from? Like instead of the yellow, i want another code.

i dont see it in the theme option usually would be in theme option
