Hi,

As I told you, we use the developer version of Elementor Pro and so it will limit some functionality from the paid purchase, to use all the full features from the vendor, you have to buy the paid version, then use the purchase code to activate your account to connect to Elementor’s server, then you can use the features from Elementor’s template library
