how to edit fix information on POCO premade homepage

HI, im using the homepage premade 01 page.
Im trying to edit the buttons that are lock at the bottom of the screen on the mobile appereance, with the home, buy, favorite cart….
Its in english and I nedd to put it in spanish.

Also I need to do the same with the information on the product page that has fix:

Free global shipping on all orders
30 days easy returns if you change your mind
Order before noon for same day dispatch

I need to change these to spanish.

Thank you for the help.
The one thing that I can not change the language is on mobile mode, the fixed box on the bottom with the buttons: store (is the only one that did change to tienda), account, search, wishlist, cart.
How do I change it? thank you.

You need to go to page Translate text to search text and add translate.
