Important issue with Email booking

Hi,
i have an important issue with my website,
when i make for test a booking, i receive the email as user and as admin, all ok
but then i receive without a reason a third email with title ( No Subject ) in greek is ( χωρίς θέμα )
Why this happened
Pls check

I will send you webmail creds
in order to check it!

Pls open website, make a booking and the open webmail, you as admin, you will receive 2 emails. The first as admin, as it should be, and after few seconds another one.

I have checked both admin email and customer email, all received only 1 order notification email, no 2nd email like your problem: https://ibb.co/6FDyvTQ

Maybe this is a temporary error from the webmail system
