Impossible save changes in product page

as indicated in the documentation https://wpdocs.gitbook.io/shopic/setting/woocommerce/single-product I made some changes to the text but after the “publish” button it does not light up and always remains “published” in grey (cannot save).

Good morning,
I would have found a solution by forcing the data into the table.
In the table involved is the wp_option (with Your own prefix) in the shopic_options_single_product_content_meta field it is possible to change the data that should be possible to change from the dashboard.
I would like to point out that all the other woocommerce options work correctly from the dashboard.
You will understand that we cannot release such a solution to the Customer and tell him to go and modify the data in sql.
I hope you can give us support on this.

Good morning Billy,
as always thanks for your patience and support.
I did some tests with various browsers (cache cleared) and only once did the saving work. Then I became suspicious and I did other tests and I realized that everything works correctly from Iphone (even the publish button works as it should). I don’t really know what to think, BUT the important thing is to have solved. I don’t understand what can block the correct display from the Imac (I tried also from the windows virtual machine but nothing to do).
Case closed.
I run to get you a top rating!
