    how can I make visible menu/navigation in header also on mobile/tablet?
    WP and Shopic theme are updated to latest version.

    You need to go to Appearance -> Menu -> Menu Location -> Handheld Menu -> Select menu: https://prnt.sc/1qj6jvc
