New Update for Freshio Theme

I received an email that there is available update for my freshio theme but there is no further details. I would like to ask what are the updates? If I download the updates will it affect my current work? Please give me more details about this. I emailed the envato but they cannot provide me information. A new update but No details.Thank you.

Try to backup your site when you update a new theme.
All custom code, please add into child-theme.
