not correct recalculate shipping

Hello, I’m filling out my billing information. Then I want the product to be delivered to another address and I choose the delivery address. If the delivery address is grounded, the cash register will not be recalculated. I have to uncheck and check the address again before the trash value is recalculated.

Where would the mistake be?

It looks like you have hidden the select country field, the recalculation of the shipping price is only done when you select the country again
