Page speed and caching suggestion

Hello,
I’ve tried to do a bit of pagespeed optimization with Autoptimize and Async JavaScript but I have some visualization errors on the front site maybe due to caching (most issues go away when refreshing). I still can’t get a good page speed result anyway. I tweaked the plugin settings in many ways but I’m struggling. I wonder if you suggest some other plugin that may be suitable or you have some advice to make an efficient page speed to my site that’s using your Triply theme.
