    Hi,
    I have Your theme woocommerce and i have a small problem with the product image in woocommerce…

    I try to change that image – but it does not work … (screen shot: https://ibb.co/Q9hGHGN)
    Could you help me ?

    Hi you,

    Your product image has unequal dimensions and proportions, so when setting the image size or ratio it will be cropped horizontally or wide. Please process product images to the same size or ratio before uploading to the website.

    To set up the image size, please follow these instructions:
    1. Disable the plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce
    2. Go to Customize -> Woocommerce -> Product Image -> Setup size image -> save
    3. Re-enable the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin

    Hi,

    As I said above, your images are not the same size, so when setting the aspect ratio it will be skewed with images of different sizes.
    In the demo site you submitted, the code has been customized to show the same size for all images, currently we do not support this customization.
    1, if you can customize it yourself, you need to see the css customizations of the demo site to edit it yourself
    2, If you can’t customize it yourself, we will re-customize it for you according to the demo site you submit, but you will be charged for this customization request.
