Product Image Zoom Not Working In Mobile

Hi there,

When I open the product image gallery in mobile, I see two icons – for enlarging image and for zooming in. The zoom function does not work in mobile.

Hi,

I have hidden the zoom icon on mobile, please check.
The zoom function doesn’t show on mobile, it can only show the popup image when you click on the view icon.

Thanks Billy, I see that the magnifying zoom has been removed.

However there’s still an issue, whenever someone taps on the image, the image changes to blank white colour.

To illustrate the same, I’ve recored a video –

Can we do something like when someone taps on the image, the image automatically pops out (like what happens when we click on the view icon).

Hi again,

I fixed this issue. Currently we only support clicking on the icon to show the popup image, there is no config show popup image when clicking on the image, we will review and update this function.
