    How do I go about getting a refund. I purchased this template, downloaded it, and I’ve done everything I’m supposed to. When I try to install the plugins, SVG and Woocommerce will not install. SVG is required and Woocommerce is recommended, I believe. I have none of the graphics, images, etc. that were supposed to be part of the package.

    Hello,

    This plugin installation error is due to the fact that in your plugins folder, these plugins already exist, so they cannot be installed anymore.
    I deleted them and reinstalled them for you.
    I also installed the demo for you, please check it out and let me know if you need further assistance
