remove built in meta properties

I`m having an issues with the meta properties.

For some reason, users can open the webpage if the link is shared on facebook or facebook messenger.

So the fix for that is to add the meta property.

I did the meta properties in the header.php files but no matter what i`ll changed, the facebook scrapper still sees the built in mettas

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, viewport-fit=cover" />
<meta name="generator" content="WordPress 5.6" />
<meta name="generator" content="WooCommerce 4.9.2" />
<meta name="framework" content="Redux 4.1.24" />
<meta name="framework" content="weLaunch 4.1.24" />

So from where if not from header.php i`ll update these metas?
