Hi,

If your website has only 1 Spanish language, you can use the Loco translate plugin to translate the text in the theme and plugin into Spanish.

If you want to display more than one language (eg English and Spanish), you need to use a multilingual plugin like WPML or Polylang.

Sin categorizar is the default category, it cannot be deleted. You can only hide it in the shop sidebar provided it is empty: https://prnt.sc/MROD1CyrI_rz
