SHOP STORE PAGE DISPLAY ERROR

I have a problem with the Freshio theme. The whole site and other pages are perfect but when I click on the Shop page to view my shop, I get a major error! The shop is displayed as if you were from mobile even if they are from desktop! this error is not acceptable and I need to fix it asap.

Currently the plugin Woo Variation Swatches version 2.0 conflicts with the theme in some functions, so please disable this plugin to make the website work properly.

We are checking and updating the theme again.
