Spam problem and how to fight with it

Hi billy, I have a spam problem in tours reviews/comments and going to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-google-recaptcha/

I have 2 questions

1. Do you recommend this plugin or any other plugin and which one?
2. If you recommend this plugin, I need to adjust this area but can’t find appropriate PHP file to edit it in theme folder and can you help out which PHP file has this section?
