Hello, we recently purchased this theme and installed it, along with all of the required plugins including Elementor. The site is hosted by Flywheel with plenty of server memory allocated to the site. However, Elementor won’t run when the theme is active. The editor opens, but the Elementor widget pane does not load.
We have tried the following:
1. Turn off all plugins except Elementor.
2. Allocate more memory to the site.
3. Uninstall and reinstall both the theme and Elementor.I’ve attached a screenshot of the Elementor widget pane when we try to edit a page.
July 27, 2022 at 9:00 am #25889Hi,
Your website is using PHP 8.1.8: https://prnt.sc/AH6L_4mW59x3, this version is currently not compatible with themes and some plugins. So when you use this version it will cause error as you see.
Please downgrade your PHP version to 7.4 for the website to work properly.July 27, 2022 at 9:51 pm #25912pmoignardSupport ExpiredHi Billy, thank you, I’ll ask Flywheel to change our PHP version and let you know if that works.
July 27, 2022 at 10:43 pm #25913pmoignardSupport ExpiredBilly, Flywheel has downgraded us to PHP 7.4, and Elementor now works to edit the theme. Thanks for that. However, they have notified us that PHP 7.4 will end-of-life in November, and that they will no longer support it after that, at which point we will no longer be able to host the theme with them. Are there plans on your end to update this theme to work with PHP 8.1?
July 28, 2022 at 1:01 am #25915pmoignardSupport ExpiredWe decided to take the theme off Flywheel and host it on our own server so we can continue to use PHP 7.4. However, we’re still encountering the same issue with Elementor not loading. The memory limit is 512M, which should be more than enough. WP login credentials are the same as originally submitted, and the new URL is:
July 28, 2022 at 9:05 am #25919Hello,
I fixed this issue, please recheck.
Regarding compatibility with PHP 8.0, we are planning to update the theme to be compatible with this PHP version. However, it also depends on the attached plugins that must also be compatible for your website to work properly.
July 28, 2022 at 10:41 pm #25937pmoignardSupport ExpiredHi Billy,
Yes, it seems to be working now. Thank you. It seems like all you did was install WooCommerce? Is that required for the theme to work?
July 29, 2022 at 8:58 am #25948Hi,
No, your slider was broken during import, I have re-imported this slider for you.
Woocommerce is a theme compatible plugin, you can use it or notJuly 29, 2022 at 9:32 pm #25959pmoignardSupport ExpiredSo it was the broken slider that was keeping Elementor from loading? I only make the comment about WooCommerce because Elementor doesn’t load when it isn’t installed. I uninstalled it because it says it’s optional, and Elementor goes back to not loading…

August 3, 2022 at 9:34 pm #26059pmoignardSupport ExpiredHuh. Interesting. Must have been a caching issue or something. Glad that worked! Thanks Billy.
August 4, 2022 at 9:07 am #26068Ok, let me know if you need to help and hope you will vote 5 stars for our theme.
