Hi,

When I log in my website via the pop up, I have to redo the log in process when I click on an account link.

I always need to log in two times if I want to access my website. Is it because of the
theme update ?

Oh, of course!
With the user as admin dashboard, to login to the dashboard, you must login again to ensure the safety of the website.
