Unable to import theme_14

The item is unable to install the Child theme.
It stuck and unable to progress.
I would like to install the theme 14. Can you guys help me with this?

I’ve updated the files to match your requirements. I’m still unable to import the theme.
In fact, when I changed the files permissions to 644, Apache was unable to serve the content. Please advise.
