Video Not Displaying

We have placed an mp4 video in the Woo product Shopic options but when the video icon is clicked in the product image only a black box appears and video does not display. Also we would like to add video clips to the product gallery if possible, this would be the preferred method to display a product video. Thanks.

Our theme already supports Featured Video for your product, so you don’t need to use another plugin to display this video.
Please go to edit product -> Shopic settings -> Url Video -> Add your link ( support youtube, vimeo or video from your host): https://ibb.co/V9090jt
