    Hello there,

    My website has been down for about 2 weeks. Each time I try loading the website, it displays an error statement saying “There has been a critical error on this website.”.

    I would appreciate if this issue is being treated urgently.

    #2. After logging into the hosting account you sent, I can’t access your services, I seem to be blocked from accessing these services.
    Can you send me your FTP account or Cpanel account so I can access your website folder?
