I submitted a ticket regarding an issue, but I haven’t seen any resolution, nor did I see my ticket there when you are going to address my issue and resolve it? You Guys are responding late to my queries.

Topic: Elementor Pro is not upgrading to the latest version. Also, install the theme page shows.

My website is facing 2 issues and I request you to please correct them.

1. ELEMENTOR PRO UPDATE TO LATEST VERSION (not available to do it as because)> 👇
2. INSTAL THEME PAGE ONCE CLICK SHOWS A WHITE BLANK PAGE STAYS THERE.

Please correct the issue as my website is working is getting slow and taking me more time to fix it rather than make it run the business at WooCommerce
