WPML’s secondary language homepage duplicate uses a different header and footer

Hello,
I have WordPress in Romanian (the main language) and I installed WPML to have a multilingual site. When I made duplicates for the HomePage in the second language (English), it automatically received a Header and a Footer different from that of the main language, header and footer that are not found in the saved list of Elementor Header and Footer Builder
I need help to solve this situation. How to attach a header and footer from the list saved to the Elementor Header and Footer Builder module
