#2. All custom code is added to the child-theme, so you just need to copy the child-theme and re-upload it to your main site to be able to work properly.

I just checked the code again, the option Deposit or Paid in Full is not saved in the order after checkout. Therefore, this value cannot be displayed after successful checkout.
I have re-displayed the payment method selected by the customer.
If you want to add custom display of this Opution Deposit/Paid in Full in order as well as order confirmation page, I will add custom code to help you save and display this information. However, you will be charged an additional fee for this custom request. -
