Good morning. I am a novice when it comes to WordPress and Woocommerce. I purchased the Bookory theme on January 15th and everything was fine, but after a while the product carousel arrows stopped displaying correctly. Mainly the RIGHT arrows are not displaying correctly. From what I can see, the theme update was on February 6th. I haven’t updated it. Do I have to do it manually? How do I do that? Is it the same as installation? Does the problem with the arrows stem from the lack of an update? I am attaching a screenshot.
I downloaded the entire theme package and uploaded it through Appearance->Themes. I did it differently than in the guide you sent me, and the arrow did not fix itself. Probably because I need to somehow overwrite the files via FTP… But it’s okay… I turned off the carousel arrows and set dots instead 😀 Next time, when a new update comes out, I will do it as in the guide 😀 The most important thing is that my Woocommerce templates have been fixed. I am not providing the administrator’s information because I want to learn how to solve problems myself and be independent. I don’t want someone else to do it for me.
