Everytime wordpress updates, main booking location loses its count

This happens everytime wordpress updates automatically (screenshot 1).
Dubrovnik is our main booking location and others are child booking locations.
When I go to specific booking object, head booking location does not have check box to be selected (screenshot 2).
When I go to booking object “quick edit option” in wordpress admin, I can select main booking location again (screenshot 3).

Can you please check on this bug?

I understand that it works when you go for quick edit, but on the next wordpress update it will be unselected again and I will have to select it again manually:

When i go to EDIT booking object screen it is non selectable:

But on QUICK EDIT screen it works:

Still, when update happens it will be unselected again (child locations remain selected).

When I select all locations and save everything returns to non selected:

You only have 1 parent category, Dubrovnik, the other categories are all children of this category, so it makes no sense to display the parent – child category here.
I removed this parent category and the remaining categories are not child categories anymore.
The Locations selection is now saved normally, please check again
