Hi,
1) I am trying to improve my loading speed and when testing the site, the results were that certain images are slowing down my loading speeds. These appear to be loaded from demo2wpopal.b-cdn net and I can’t find where to change them.
For example, the background of the home page is 750KB jpeg and I can’t change it to a smaller webp. Same goes for other image elements of the theme. They all seem to be loaded from demo2wpopal.b-cdn net . How do I change them?
2) The counter for the categories on the activities page isn’t working
3) When the gallery page is loaded for the first time, It becomes like this
https://prnt.sc/cdLLT_yeGcNn
I can’t replicated it 100% of the time but it happens very often. What is going on?Thank you in Advance
December 17, 2022 at 10:03 am #30196Hi,
#1. Most of the background images have not been updated with the image link, so it is still our demo link.
Please update these images again.Go to edit page with Elementor -> Edit section -> Tab style -> background image -> Change image: https://prnt.sc/S7yegsB_jhXc
#2. Please take a screenshot of this problem, I can’t find it on your website
#3. It seems that using 2 Gallery widgets at the same time led to data conflicts and caused this error. I removed your upper galley so the gallery below is working properly again

1) I can’t find where to change the large background image. (The one that is the background here) https://prnt.sc/4aV7rJCTSXEt
2) Here is a screenshot of the problem https://prnt.sc/nnppspDfrz15
3) Actually the first gallery was one I put there to replace the other one, after I discovered the problem, because I couldn’t fix the one from the theme. I tested the gallery after you removed the one I put, and it still has the same issue.

The 1st issue is fixed, thank you!The second issue is that the slider is not automatically sliding for me. I have to actually press the buttons to change. Is it automatically changing for you?

Which it never did before. Can you please revert it to the original simple one?

I’m having a problem with the header. When I’m scrolling it is not working as it is supposed to. Before it got a bit smaller and stayed in place while you scrolled the site, but now it just disappears.
Can you let me know what is wrong?Thank you
