Bookory authors link not working and Enable Archives is enabled

The authors pages is not workin and seems to have multiple problems as follows:

-The link from the product has 2 dashes in it, how can I correct this?: https://www.chatbotbooks.com/index.php//book-author/chacha-livros/

-I remove the second dash //book-author but the author page continues to show as 404. Achive is enabled and I have flushed the catche several times.

I fixed the double // slashes with author slug plugin, but 404 continues
