bug with the theme

I have problem with the theme in the mobile, sometimes it’s works good and I have no issues and sometime I have bug that some mobiles can’t open the hamburger menu, can’t see the slider revolution and can’t see the design editor, it’s sometimes fixed and sometimes not working at all, do you know that issue?

Have you tried turning off all cache on the website and cache on the server to test?

I cannot delete the cache plugins it’s neccesery in this website. what should I do?

The error may be due to the cache plugin you installed, please disable this plugin and check again
