footer bar

Hello I have another question,
I tried to customize the footer bar (only mobile phones) form header and footer builder templates -> elementor. I apply what I need, but the editing appears only in the first part of loading the page. It seems like there is another one, like the original, that override the one I have edited. Very strange.

So I cant make disappear the links, or even the entire bar, because there is another one, that appears anytime and it is not listed in the footer and header templates.
