I/O usage and Physical Memory Full

I’m facing i/o usage and physical memory full issues on my site
i contacted my hosting support “GoDaddy” they did troubleshoot my hosting everything is fine on server end.
Then i tried to check plugin conflict by disabling each one by one but couldn’t found conflict in any plugin
on default theme it’s not shooting my i/o usage and physical server memory but on freshio/freshio child theme it do create issues
Please resolve my problem asap, my site is getting down

Maybe your site has a virus, so install the security plugin and scan the entire file
