Payment Page 404

Hello,
I would like your help with the payment to thank you page.
I made some tests with my bank for the e-payment and when the payment is finalized and it has to go to the thank you page it gives a page 404!
I don’t know because this is the first time that I am doing this if this happens because is a test payment or if there is a problem with the thank you page.

This is what makes the page 404 error after successful payment.
Your plugin does not provide a custom configuration for this path, so please contact this plugin’s support department for assistance with your issue.
